He is an highly experienced System Engineering leader having delivered multiple highly complex multi-disciplined projects to demanding customers such as Ford, Jaguar Land Rover, Volvo, BMW. Stuart is familiar with the complete lifecycle of product development and manufacturing as well as with the financial viability of new product development having led many projects from quote through to delivery. An important area of expertise is the evaluation and re-use of existing design assets for application to new products. Stuart spent several years living in Germany during his career and speaks excellent German.

Jeff progressed through the Material Planning and Logistics and Manufacturing functions at Ford to become Supply Chain Manager Europe for Visteon Climate, HVCC and Hanon Systems. This included Plant MP&L Manager roles, Restructuring, Mergers and Acquisitions. Most recently Swarna was responsible for global manufacturing and supply chain operations for an automotive Tier 1’s electronics division with revenue of € 1.4 billion. He graduated in Mechanical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, completed his post graduation in management from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore and Smart Manufacturing from MIT.
